Gentle and consistent. We coach feelings, redirect with kindness, and help kids learn to take turns and repair little conflicts. We never use shame or time-out as punishment — just calm, loving guidance.
To keep everyone healthy, children need to stay home with a fever, vomiting, or anything contagious, and may return 24 hours after symptoms pass. Our full sick-day policy is shared at enrollment.
