How a production runs

From brief to final cut.

A clear four-stage pipeline so you always know what's shot, what's cut, and what's coming next — no mystery, no radio silence after the event.

01

Pre-production

The night is planned before a single frame rolls.

We walk the venue or study the run-of-show, map our camera positions and lighting, confirm timings, and lock a shot list with you. You know exactly what we're capturing and where we'll be standing when the doors open.

02

The shoot

Our crew arrives early, sets up clean, and works the room.

Cinema cameras, gimbals, drone, and multicam where the broadcast needs it. Audio is captured at the source — vows, speeches, the band — not from the back of the hall. We stay out of your guests' way and never miss the moment that matters.

03

The edit

We log the footage, build the story, and grade it to your look.

A licensed score is matched to the cut, the color is graded to a consistent cinematic palette, and the whole thing is shaped into a film that plays back the energy of the night. You get a review cut, give notes, and we refine until it lands.

04

Delivery

Final film, social cuts, and the full gallery — yours to keep.

Everything delivered online in resolutions ready for the web, the big screen, and your archive. A social teaser typically lands within 48 hours; the full highlight film and edited photo gallery follow in five to ten business days. Forever yours to share.
