What we do

Roofs first. The whole exterior next.

Storm-driven or planned, one shingle or the entire envelope — here's exactly what our crews build, and what comes with each.

Storm damage restoration

Wind, hail, and ice take a toll. We document the damage, fight for full scope on your claim, and rebuild your roof to spec — often at little more than your deductible.

After a covered storm, the hard part isn't the roof — it's the claim. We climb up first, photograph every lifted shingle and bruised granule, and build the documentation your carrier needs. Then we rebuild to manufacturer spec so the new roof carries a real warranty, not just a patch.

  • Photo-documented damage report for your carrier
  • We meet the adjuster on the roof
  • Full tear-off and rebuild to manufacturer spec
  • Often little more than your deductible out of pocket

Roof replacement
Built for Maine winters

Roof replacement

Architectural asphalt, metal, and synthetic systems built for Maine winters. Tear-off, new underlayment, ice-and-water shield, and a warranty that outlasts the next owner.

A roof is a system, not just shingles. We tear off down to the deck, lay fresh underlayment and ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys where Maine ice loves to back up, and finish with the architectural, metal, or synthetic system you choose. Then we register the manufacturer warranty in your name.

  • Architectural asphalt, standing-seam metal & synthetic
  • Full tear-off to the deck, new underlayment
  • Ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys
  • Manufacturer warranty up to lifetime, registered for you

Roof repair
Stop the small leak now

Roof repair

Leaks, missing shingles, flashing failures, and storm patches handled fast — before a small problem soaks your attic insulation.

Not every roof needs replacing — and we'll tell you when it doesn't. A failed flashing, a few missing shingles, or a worn pipe boot can be fixed cleanly and fast. We chase the leak to its real source, not just the wet ceiling spot, so it's actually fixed the first time.

  • Leak diagnosis traced to the real source
  • Flashing, valley, and pipe-boot repairs
  • Missing & wind-lifted shingle replacement
  • Honest call on repair vs. replacement

Siding & exteriors
The whole exterior

Siding & exteriors

Vinyl, fiber cement, and trim that stands up to coastal wind and salt. We match the roof so the whole house reads as one.

Once the roof is solid, the rest of the envelope matters. Vinyl and fiber-cement siding, trim, and soffit that hold up to coastal wind and salt — installed to shed water the way it should. And because we did the roof, we make the colors and lines work together instead of fighting each other.

  • Vinyl & fiber-cement siding
  • Trim, soffit, and fascia
  • Coastal wind- and salt-rated systems
  • Color-matched to your roof

Gutters & ice dams
Where the water goes

Gutters & ice dams

Seamless gutters, guards, and ice-dam prevention so meltwater goes where it should — not into your walls every February.

In Maine, the gutters and the ice line are half the battle. We hang seamless gutters sized to your roof, add guards to keep them flowing, and build in ice-dam prevention at the eaves so February meltwater drains away from the house instead of backing up under the shingles and into your walls.

  • Seamless gutters cut on-site to length
  • Leaf and debris guards
  • Ice-dam prevention at the eaves
  • Downspouts routed away from the foundation

Emergency tarping
Same-day stabilization

Emergency tarping

Tree through the roof at 9pm? We tarp and stabilize same-day to stop the water until we can do it right.

When a tree or a storm opens your roof, every hour of water in the house makes it worse. Our emergency line runs 24/7 — we get out, tarp and stabilize the opening same-day to stop the water, then come back to rebuild it properly and get the claim moving.

  • Same-day tarping & stabilization
  • Water-intrusion mitigation
  • Seamless hand-off into the full claim
