STRATEGY & DESIGN

Three steps from first call to a written proposal

No long intake forms, no discovery-call runaround. You talk to the person who builds the site, and you leave the first call knowing what's next.

How it works

From first hello to a real proposal

1

Reach out

Fill out our contact form or give us a call. Tell us about your business in a few sentences. That's it.

2

Free consultation

We'll schedule a 15-30 minute call. No sales pressure. We'll listen to your needs and share ideas.

3

Get your proposal

Within 48 hours, you'll have a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and transparent pricing.

What the first call actually covers

Intro call agenda

15–30 min · phone or video
  • First 5 min

You walk us through your business — what you sell, who your customers are, and where the day-to-day gets stuck.

  • Next 10 min

We pin down the one or two problems worth solving first, and look at examples of similar work we've built.

  • Last 5–10 min

We sketch a couple of approaches out loud and give you a rough timeline so you know roughly what the project looks like.

  • After

You hang up with a clear picture and no commitment. The written proposal follows within 48 hours.

The call is free and there's nothing to sign. If your project isn't a good fit for how we work, we'll say so on the call and point you somewhere that is.

Questions people ask first

"How much does a website cost?"

A Startup Website is $349, one-time — hosting and your domain are covered for your first year, and you own it outright with no monthly fees. A custom CRM starts at $649, priced to your needs. Full breakdown is on the pricing page.

"How long does a project take?"

Most websites launch in 4-8 weeks. Admin portals may take longer depending on complexity. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.

"Do I need to know anything about tech?"

Absolutely not. That's our job. We handle everything — from design to development to deployment. You just tell us what your business needs.

"What if I only need a website, not a portal?"

That's perfectly fine. Many clients start with just a website and add a portal later when they're ready. There's no pressure to buy more than you need.

Start with step one

A few sentences about your business is plenty to get the first call booked.
