Website assistant (Compass)

Compass is an AI assistant on our website that explains our services and how projects work. When you use it:

Your messages, and any photos you choose to share, are stored so Eric can read the conversation and follow up. Conversations and photos are deleted automatically after 180 days, or sooner on request.
To write replies, your messages and photos are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, through its API. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models.
If you name your business or website, Compass may look up publicly available information about the business on the web to tailor its answer.
Photos are checked and re-created by our server before they are stored, and location data is removed. Please don’t share card numbers, ID documents or passwords.
If you choose to pass your details to Eric, your name and contact information are saved with the conversation, the same as a contact form inquiry.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
