Framing & Structure
Self-performed framing, sheathing, and roof structure — the line item where we control quality and you control cost.
Mechanicals & Envelope
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and air-sealing, scheduled so trades don't collide and the envelope is tight.
Finishes & Punch
Interior and exterior finishes priced against real allowances, then a punch list we don't close until you sign off.
