A garage might be 4-6 weeks; a custom home runs 6-10 months depending on size and finishes. We give you a phase-by-phase schedule with your bid, and we update it weekly so you're never guessing.
Yes. We pull all permits, schedule every inspection with the code office, and make sure the final paperwork is in your file before we close out.
Absolutely. We build to your stamped drawings, and if you don't have plans yet, we can bring in a designer or engineer we trust to get them done right.
A deposit to lock your spot, then draws tied to completed phases — foundation, frame, dry-in, and so on. You never pay for work that isn't done.
Fully. We carry general liability and workers' comp on every crew member, and we'll hand you certificates before we start.
We focus on whole builds, additions, and structural work, but we'll always tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for your project.
