how it works

From the first hello to a gallery you'll keep.

Simple and unhurried, the same way the sessions are. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you reach out.

01

Inquiry

Send a note with your date, location, and what you have in mind. I'll reply within a day or two to let you know I'm free and share the full guide with collections and details.

02

Consult

We talk it through over coffee or a call — timing, light, the places that matter to you — and shape a plan that fits the day rather than fighting it.

03

The session

We meet in good light and let it unfold. I'll guide you just enough to feel at ease, then mostly get out of the way and let the real moments happen.

04

Gallery delivery

Sneak peeks land within a week. Your full, color-true gallery arrives in a few weeks in a clean online gallery, ready to download, print, and share.

Hands turning the pages of a fine-art wedding album
after the gallery

The day, somewhere other than a screen.

A gallery is wonderful, but a phone fills up and a hard drive eventually fails. Once your images are delivered, I'll help you design a lay-flat fine-art album — printed on archival paper, built to be handed down.

We choose the spreads together, so the album tells the story the way you remember it. It's the part clients are most glad they did, years later.

good to know

A few practical things.

Booking & deposit

A signed agreement and a retainer hold your date. The balance is due before the session or wedding, with no surprises.

Travel

The whole Midcoast is included. Farther afield in Maine is no problem — just tell me where.

Weather

Soft, overcast light is beautiful to photograph in. We always have a plan, and sessions can flex if needed.

No obligation — just send your date and a few details, and we'll take it from there.
