How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events we recommend six to twelve months. For corporate drop-offs and smaller gatherings, a few weeks is often plenty — just ask.
Do you have a minimum?
Full-service events generally start at 25 guests; drop-off catering has lower minimums. Tell us your plans and we'll find the right fit.
Can we do a tasting before we commit?
Absolutely. Once you've reserved your date with a deposit, we'll schedule a private tasting of your top menu selections.
Do you handle rentals, staff, and bar?
Yes. We can coordinate tables, linens, china, servers, bartenders, and licensed bar service so you work with one team instead of five vendors.
Can you accommodate allergies and diets?
Always. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and allergy-aware menus are crafted with the same care as everything else — never a sad side plate.

We're based in Auburn and regularly cater throughout the L-A area, Greater Portland, the Midcoast, and the western Maine mountains. Ask about your venue.
